I have to admit that embryonic stem cell research appears to be a boon for veterinary medicine. I haven't seen much progress treating human diseases though.
Question I have is how much anti-rejection drugs are needed for embryonic stem cell treatment. Is it a lifetime thing, as when you get a new organ. I would figure that the use of the alternative Stem Cells (although alittle harder to get, but come from the person being treated) would be a better choice, just not as easy. You would have any rejection problems.
