Topic: SFC3 models and conversion rethought

If there is someone who wants to convert my models to SFC3, he could do it, the only thing i want is some info for it and to get credit as builder of it and to include the original readme in a download file eventually made public.

Terra, *thanks* for allowing this.  I know that you've been stung a bit in the past, and I just want to thank you on behalf of the community for allowing your ships to be converted for use in our little games.

thanx for your words atheorhaven, i hope this is holding up the interrest for these older games a bit more and SFC3 isn't at least that bad, i own it but didn't play it so much cause i like SFC2 and OP the most and prefere them 

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I wish I could port for you Terra, but I still suck at the process. Sorry dude.

Yup.. I can port.  The only thing that I'm not so hot at with SFC 3 porting is the hardpointing on the new UI. I can bodge together things well enough, but it's not usually so elegant. 

The big thing for me at home is time.. I need to get something more portable so that I can sneak in some time at lunch at work.. that'd make me a bit more productive on releases these days.  My wife has greatly expanded my "honey do" list, and that cuts down to middle of the night on the weekends when I can stay up to do work.. :p

Thanx Terradyhne, as another of the old timers...geez it's weird saying that about myself , I can empathize with you on re-stating for the record your rules...I'm pretty sure you went through the same flame wars I did, both on these forums and the old Taldren ones.

Terra, I might be after a most of your models for my mod. If it's cool with you and Alec maybe they could be set up for the mod?

I'm good with whatever you two want to convert, just send me a list and where to download them.
