Topic: HET not completing (Read 1773 times)

Several times, I have started an HET then my ship begins turning normally withing 10 degrees of the starting position. The HET "sound" though still occurs for the duration. Has anyone else had this happened? At first I thought it was because I fired my weapons, which may for some reason invalidate the HET, but since I have had the same thing happen with no weapons fire. This actually occurs fairly often for me (no statistical support

) so I wonder what I may accidentally be doing. Before the patch I did not have this problem.

I have the same problem but always when i tried to fire a weapon. If i don´t do anything while performing HET (which is a problem) it finish in the right position.
I think the problem is that the ships main computers are still using windows as their OS. So they can´t perform two tasks at the same time.

I have had the same problem on EAW. It doesn't happen very often but it is frustrating when it does. I know that as soon as you fire weapons the het will stop but Ihave had it happen without firing. No clue what to tell you man. Just another thing to fix.

This happens to me as well. I used to be able to change the direction of the HET during the turn but now when I click a new location the HET stops, very frustrating.
