All-in one download for dynaverse/performance?

Been a while since I have been on here.  Got a son who is old enough now to be interested in this as well.  Going to try to reinstalll everything and get back on.

My recollection is that there was an all in one install that included OP+ 4 and several other performance enhancements like a mod manager aned eze ini and some other "Stuff", but I'll be darned if I can find it.  Can anyone point me in the right direction here, please?

Much obliged in advanced, and looking forward to getting back on.

OP Enhancement pack! Yes, That's it!  There does not seem to be download link there, however.  Anyone else have a good link to it.
