You can't eliminate the mosquito so how about breeding a malaria resistant variant of the mosquito?  A breed that doesn't get infected by the parasite should be able to out breed and displace the natural version.

Seriously tho- I am amazed at the number of "philanthropic" gruoups which turn out to be fronts for some really shady families.

They say the accuser wins more souls in the guise of an Angel than a Devil - and his servants have chosen to emulate this behavior.

I smell class action lawsuit on this one.  Can anyone say intentional or negligent infliction of emotional harm?  I'd say the emotional harm was worth at least $1 million per person!  Maybe more!
