This is a kitbash I've gotten from Willey over at BCC. Awaiting confirmation, but I think he's willing to release it to sfc.

Starforce. I've seen very good bashes from you in the past but this look butt ugly. The miranda saucer just doesn't suit the overall size of the nacelles or engineering hull.

Fixing the scaling issues, if it is because of windows being different sizes that is easily fixed. If you are talking the porportions of the model itself then that is a different matter

I don't think this is a very good kitbash personally.

The size and design of the various components just don't really work well with each other.

lol..if I said anything like this about your stuff you'd be requesting the admins to ban me. Ya'all can go suck  it..I love the ship, think it's pretty well done even if the parts don't match (I think it's his first attempt at bashing) so I am hoping more get made.

What?? Bernard, I'm shocked. We need to band together and convince someone to do a really good Ingram Space Control Ship, not giant Excelsior bashes with tiny little Gagarin nacelles, lol. Join me in my Ingram Quest!! :D

Don't get me wrong a Really nice Ingram Class  both original and Retro-fitted as well as Jayru's Version would be really nice for Starfleet command and I'd encourage these 3d model wizards to go at it with whole heart and pixles  ;D I also think that there is room for this one as well  the more the merrier I say  ;D

The Ingram shouldn't be too hard to bash... depending on which one.  I've seen several over they years, some with thinner Excelsior nacelles and some with more TMP Connie nacelles (which look out of scale).

Here's a quick and dirty mockup I did in Milkshape.  To do the job right would require a more time and some custom parts, I think (Esp. the aft end and the impulse deck).

BTW... not sure whos Excelsior this was... no readme.

Hey, DeepThought. I'd love to see you take some time and do a nice Ingram. ModelsPlease took a swipe at it, and came up with somthing very similar to this one you just did. I still use his, but I've always wanted a really good one. I hope you'll give it a go; that would be exiting.

Hello Deepthought
unfortunately the Ingram would have to built from scratch based on the blueprints. Her primary hull and secondary hull have completely different contours from the Excelsior, but i can see your bash as some sort of interim design?  ;D

By the way guys I added a couple of TreknoGraphx Designs in the Ships I'd like to see Modeled Thread  ;D

It's something I'd like to take on a while down the road... once I'm a little more skilled at making saucers, for one thing.  Do you know where I can find better blueprints for the Ingram?  what I found at http://www.shipschematics.net/ don't really do it justice.

Thanks,

DT
