Fleet Formation in OP

I'm thinking the answer is no, but I'd like to be proven wrong... Is there any way to change the order of ships at the supply screen?  There have been times I have seen the command ship I want come available but it ends up in the next available slot if I have less than 3 ships, conversely I have seen escorts I want, sell the second or third ship only to have it added to the first (command) slot. WTF?  Yes, I know I can just swap in mission, but that annoys me after a while.

Not that I know of, I usually try to get my command and escorts in order. The second part of your story where a newly purchased ship ends up in the command slot is a new one on me though. I'm reasonably sure that in the supply screen order, ships pop off to the left and push on from the right as I understand it, if that makes any sense. I could be wrong though.

Ok....the only thing that creeps back from beta testing and shipyard boogers was related to one of the exe. used to launch....

This is where we found the missle speed bug and missing fighter bugs...

IE:...the game would force slow drones on you no matter what was purchased...

And no matter what fighter where chosen ...they wouldnt show up on your ship in a mission...

I'll take a wild guess and ask you to make sure you are using the right exe. to start the game....

I will concur that it is strange at times.  I have had command ships show up in the first slot and also the second slot when bought.  Same with escort and other smaller ships (but they have normally shown up to the right, but not always)

shortcut on the desktop to starfleetop.exe is how I'm starting the game.  No big deal, just a pain when the command ship buys the farm and I have to get another one.
