If one goes up, I'm sure some KBF will be there, many are simply involved in other pursuts and RL stuff, I've been working my arse off.
442 views of this thread, 25 replies with only 16 positive responses tells me a lot about the player base though.

Here's an idea... With the new map features, it isnt necessary to represent an entire empire anymore in order to get full shipyards. So we can use one hex or more for an empire in order to have players be able to field ships from that race, while the map itself focuses on other empires and seperate areas of space. That way no races need be cut from a server and no one gets pissed off... I'm leaning toward using a smaller map that will focus on the four powers war... but using all the races.

Yeah, I think keeping things relatively open would be a good idea for drawing pilots in.

Hardcore scripts are not completely debugged.. I recommend running with standard scripts.. You can choose to test with the HC scripts for a day or so to see how things go.. but I would run with the ED version and not the XC version.

If the scripts bug, pull em one at a time.

I'm NOT doing HC missions. You guys can forget that right off. Too many issues. We will go with a tried and true missions set. Just need to run a test server to see if everything gels.

Haha, hey no worries.  I'm a sucker for punishment and the BPV matching turned off really excited me... also some cool mission setups... no big deal.  Already enough work in doing a server as it is honestly.
