Ok, I might give it a go, but i have stopped playing OP.

BTW, I have upgraded my syst and it is dual booted w/ Vista Ultimate. ;D

Getting that... probably tomorrow. I'll hopefully be up and running soon and I can start the server test a week or so thereafter. Depends on how much of a pita it is to install.

How much of a pita to install, you are running windows not a user hating environment like Linux, just plug and play baby, just plug and play.  :laugh:

Has anyone seen pesty l8tly? I'm having issues with my comp and need to drop it off for him to fix and he hasnt answered my PM... Cant proceed with anything till my other puter is fixed, all the data is on it.

Well .. tested OP with Win 7 yesterday in all compatibility modes..

Improvements .. Windows 7 will operate all functions of OP in native mode (no compatibility mode needed)

However, map interaction with the D2 server is still fubared.. map update time has increased quite a bit.. instead of 2 min, it is now down to 30-45 seconds.. Still a campaign breaker.

I sent in trouble report to MS.. hopefully this will be something that they can fix prior to release of the full version.

Diz.. have most of your system configured and files restored.. just waiting on Paypal to recieve the transfer from my bank account in order to place order for your components. Hopefully that will be done by this afternoon.
