Hey there, big SFC 1 and 2 fan, and first time post here. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something.

Ive visited Desty Nova's page numerous times before, and I really liked the look of the ships he did, but unfortunatley was unable to download the ships he had there. And now, his page isnt up anymore. I really liked his stuff, and I was wondering if anyone had a line to where I could get his stuff now.

I understand that its a long shot, but maybe some one here could help me.

Sorry. I had Desty's site up at AOL, but they've pulled the plug on the member service they used to offer. I have to find a host for the site and a bit of time to set it up again. I will get it done as soon as I can.

Were there any particular models you were looking for? I could post links.

Well, and now Im actually afraid that Ive got the wrong site, but maybe not.

I was interested in the Klingon and Romulan shuttles and fighters.

If this is the site Im thinking of, he did mostly TOS style stuff.

Jeez, now Im afraid Ive made a fool of myself.

Desty's stuff was all TOS/SFB. You probably have the right site. I was just the person who made and maintained the site. Desty models, but doesn't do sites. lol Here's links to the Klink and Rommie ftrs and shuttles.

Desty now gets paid for doing up 3d models for the Amarillo Design Bureau who publish Starfleet Battles. If you go to thier web site you will see alot of his work
there. He posts on the Trek BBS. and goes under the moniker Icy Penguino

Man, if you posted links to every ship he did, Id download them all. I really dig them. Id have downloaded them when his site was up, but most of the links didnt work.

Desty's SFC 1 Kzinti ships all had the ADB logo under the bellies and he had asked permission from ADB to make exact copies of their game models for the game.

SFC is very much a part of the Starfleet Universe as SFB, and now that Taldren has no involvement in SFC, it is kind of desireable that ADB takes some interest in its future growth and development. After all, how many new SFB players have discovered the game from playing SFC??

And to fully understand how SFC operates, to gain an edge during play, add in ship conversions and a true understanding.... one needs to have SFB rulebooks and tables to hand, especially the Repair Power Costs Chart for Damage Control decissions.

So, in case anyone still cares, I found a lot of DN ships on Battleclinic.

I found them in the various SFB/TOS ship packs there. When you open the packs, the ships that are listed as zip[1] or RAR[1] are DN ships. Its great. I found a bunch of Romulan, Lyran, Mirak and Hydran ships. There arent any of the Fed ships or Klingon, nor could I find any Pirate or ISC ones.

So, in case anyone else was wanting any more DN stuff, you can find it there.
