I was going on an Easter Egg hunt and found this file filled with what looks like some kind of debug data.  Should this file be cleared out, time to time?  Are there other cash files in SCF that need to be emptied?

No you don't  have to clane any files out of SFC any version unless you uninstall then you just delete the game folder.
