2 steps foward 10 steps back
« on: March 20, 2009, 12:22:49 pm »
It don't seem like I can get a break lately. My hip went out on me again this week and I just got back from the doctor, and he told me something I really was not wanting to hear. That maybe I need to think about another line of work, As maybe I'm not meant for production type work. I was going to, but not until latter on like in September or October, when I have more money saved up, and everybody payed back.

But this latest episode is makeing me reavaluate things, but hell there is not a lot of jobs out here that pay as good as seaboard does. And I don't really want to go back to my old job in OKC but I might have to. With that job I had to watch every hour as the boss was allways looking for ways to cut your time.

Hopefully I can get the supervsor at work to move me to another job that don't cause me as much trouble, if not then I'll be looking again and going back to square one, and I hate doing that.

Have you consulted a physio or occupational therapist? Are you unionised? Do you have an EAP? Insurance coverage?

I am a firm believer in physiotherapy.
