well yea they can be more that one, but it look a lot like a earth bird.

I think the hull is wide enough to put TWO Plasma hardpoints along the front of the hull, not one. I say this because the aft hull is longer in the back as it sweeps outward curving away from a recessed center... Makes sense to me that it could easily house the length of two Plasma hardpoints and many rom ships like the KVL and a few others sport twin plasma launchers... Just a thought.
