I just love the grammar in that FBI letter.  Hmmm, college grads, (usually the better ones) and they can't type a line that makes sense in English. 

The other thing, FBI are for internal to the USA affairs.  The letter should have been from the CIA they are out of country guys.  But the sad part is, people fall for this crap.  'Tis sad.

 We have a President ,who can't even speak a line, that makes sense in English. So who knows?? ;)

Ivy league doesn't mean to much.  A friend of mine knew an Ivy League grad who was positive that milk came from a milk factory, not a farm.
