OT: What's your opinion?

Which starship has a greater internal volume, the Sovereign or the Ambassador?

Just curious.
The pen is truly mightier than the sword.  And considerably easier to write with.

You would probably have to give us scales to figure it out, length, height, width, or at least pics
People always said they wanted the government to listen to them and now the government is listening, taking notes and names...and coming to see you soon!

America-Not the land of the free anymore...
Its the land of the freeloaders

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it.

From looking at the 2 profiles I'm going to say Sovereign.

The chart on Ex Astris Scientia looks good but could it be wrong? The windows on the Ambassador quite a bit bigger than on the Sovereign, and even the vertical distance between the windows on the Ambassador makes the decks look spaced farther apart, when each deck should be about the same height. Almost like the Ambassador pic is blown up and the details aren't to scale of the other ships' details.
If this is true the Sovereign should have more volume.

You just can't decide using one view you have to compare the ships in at least 3 planes  elevation and top view.  3 planes would be better.

I faintly remember reading in one of the ancient TNG magazines (I think it was issue 2), that the TNG strip windows were between 15-25 ft high depending on where they were on the hull - don't know if that helps any because I've no idea how the windows are scaled on the Sovereign.
