Very nice looking ship.  Looks kinda like a TOS Sovereign.

What role do you think it should fill?

Whatever you want ... I just build them ... lol.

Seriously.

I suppose since it was initially designed as a medium cruiser, anything from Battlecruiser to Light Cruiser would work ...

With the long hangar bay, reinforced space frame for high stress loads and overall size I'd recomend it as a medium strike cruiser or medium assault cruiser. Maybe even a medium commando cruiser.

It sure looks like it is more purposeful than he average Federation starship.

The Klingons have many ways to fry a cat. I prefer to use an L7 Fast Battlecruiser!!

Stunniing work.... model looks tight, textures are crisp, and the design is sheer quality.

Wow!!! What a beautiful ship. The 2ndary hull and neck design is particularly stunning.

Nice design and pic IM. I'd love to add her to my TOS fleet but I can't seem to find the link to download on your site.

Thanks for the kind words guys! It was alot of work, but a labor of love ... :P

(Click my Planet Mudd sig ... it'll take you there ... It's in the 'Available Starships/Originals Series Era' section. If you still can't find it, maybe you're not logged in, Shadowfleet.)

And it's gone straight into my SFC3!!!
Great work.

Took a little work, but it's in there, looking nice.

Is there any chance we could see conversions of some of your models or Model Parts into Galactic Civilisations 2?

I wish I could do it myself, but i've failed on every try.

Galciv has a number of Total conversions, but there is a real lack of community docks like SFC. I''m sure there would be big use of custom models. Wink

Well, hell, Dragoon ... post a screenie or two here and at Planet Mudd! Although I have little interest in SFC3 wholesale ... I still love eyecandy!

Never tried Galactic Civillizations 2 ... although I did DL a demo of the first one years ago. It's something to think about, I guess ... :)

F9thCenturus; I'm located at Planet Mudd ... ask for Norman 47 in accounts and finances.

My TI/VL/BS shots don't seem to work, and I will need to adjust the glows i've put on there. It was a very quick move over, and i've set it up as roughly equal to the TMP Miranda in the Rebalance mod. Will put some pics soon as I take some. ;D

Mackie tried to do a ship or two for me, but he said that Galciv format is strange or messed up as he put it. Your individual Hull pieces would fit real well with the "Lego" like ship builder. There is a Trek mod for galciv, but it's' a total conversion, and the ships have no Spec or Normal maps. Most of them are from SFC, and once their into Galciv 2 with Normal and Spec maps, they look fantastic!!

I'm hoping to see if I can get some people interested over on the galvic forum into setting up a community docks.
