what you see here will most likely be (95% sure on it) the final product, as I am way to busy with RL for the forseeable future(that's why i haven't been around, and haven't gotten past the sketching phase of things)

If you reverse the direction of travel and move the lower falcon head to the back you would have a good looking normal romulan ship as well

It doesnt look romulan too me. but it does look amazing and really well drawn, looks like a combination of Breen and Son'a design and i think would ideally suit either of these races as opposed to the romulans. nice work either way.

I think it could also double as gorn. Or, perhaps the Romulans would have allied with the Gorn? I'm surious to know what other space faring powers might be in such an alternate timeline. Or, would they simply have been assimilated by the borg (IE no Voyager) and would romulan tactics have prevaled if a romulan ship replaced voyager in the delta quad? Interesting idea indeed.
