Engine Doubling in the SFB Mod for OP

I'm enjoying the SFB mod quite a bit but I'm having a little trouble with one part of it.  I can't seem to figure out how to re-activate engine doubling for the cartels in single player.  I think the Andromedans have it but no one else does.  I checked the INI settings and they show engine doubling is switched on.  I'd really appreciate any help in this area.

In your sfc.ini file add this under network..

AllowEngineDoubling=1

Engine doubling is intentionally disabled in SFB-OP, as Tholians or Andros with warp doubling are just too much, and not SFB accurate. It sucks for the Orion and Wyn but is the compromise I decided on.

Just remove the engine doubling line altogether and it will act as normal (engine doubling for cartel slots enabled), add the line and set it to zero to disable engine doubling for a more accurate facsimile of SFB.

I've been meaning to play with it for ages (geez, judging from the dates that translates into at least 4 years now) but it keeps getting shunted aside by other projects.
