I recently saw Rocky VI on DVD, and got the idea to google some of the previous Rocky films.  I found a link to this game.

Following his defeat at the hands of Rocky Balboa, Gorbachev had Drago frozen and placed in the basement of the Soviet embassy until the day when his phenomenal power would be needed again.  Now, the American champion Balboa is an old man, and the US has descended into the anarchy which capitalism always leads to the time has come for Drago to take to the streets bringing justice using his powers derived from a unique mix of steroids and vodka.
