can anyone identify this romulan drydock?

I have a second one with similar texturing that features 4 open circles and has a separate top and bottom. Same person made both.

unfortuneatley I've not been able to catch either achillies or major payne on msn for some time to ask. I am fairly sure they are either from aramda or sfc though.
