I have the urge to claim her for Franken fleet and have her rotating section locked and those short pods turned into BSG style hangars.
Renamed ship, Carrier "Kaiser Sose" (From usual Suspects).

Completely forgot about this,, was going to post a pic.

The funny things is, it looks *really* similar.  Mockup of course, and not done.  But this'll show you some of what I saw when I saw this ship.

Some of the things missing.. finished base texture, big "A" under the conning tower above the name plate, engine texture completion, and windows.

Kudos to the reverse-thrust rockets on the nose (if that's what they are).

Too few science fiction ships have rotational sections on them.
