Was this ship ever made?

Came across this when looking for a tutorial on making a Constitution Class in MAX. 
The pen is truly mightier than the sword.  And considerably easier to write with.

Top-view almost looks like a refitted Aegean Class. I like the ship design. Hope someone makes a game model out of it :P

Agreed. This is one of the nicer TNG designs that I've seen.

one peice of advice, however, might be to set the nacelles slightly wider. The ship just looks off for some reason and I think the nacelles are just too close. Is there any design notes with it? I'm curious as to the purpose of the green dome on the sacuer...

To me it looks like an agraculture area on the exploration ship.  Giant greenhouse.
