Thanks, but I tried those links listed and they are dead.

It's ok though. I found the file on my old computer. I'll burn it and move it over.

Its on the XenoCorp FTP.
Navigate to Star Trek -> Starfleet Command -> SFCOP folder I believe, then it should be in one of the subfolders located there.
