My wife told me about it and jualdeaux sent me the link, but I didn't see that he has posted about it yet. Hopefully he does a good job with it. I'd like to see how they do Smaug. And the wood elves. Not to mention the trolls. Good stuff.

Hrm.. 2 picture deal of "The Hobbit" and a sequel? What sequel? Wonder if they'll do "The Scouring of the Shire" as an ending to LOTR?

Yea, I was wondering that too. Perhaps they mean the Hobbit and a totally separate movie, a two movie deal of different things.
