Thanks guys for the compliments. For me it is December 07, 1979 again. I now get to live in the world of "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". I am one of the few fans that liked this film and wished Paramount had made sequels to it instead of altering things in the sequels we got. Now, thanks to the many artist involved I get to escape to this world, I have been waiting for this for a long time. To paraphrase Will Decker, "I want this! More than Capt. Kirk wanted the Enterprise, I want this.". The only thing missing is the V'ger Cylindrical Ship and the Epsilon 9 Spacestation, but I can live without them. I enjoyed every minute I spent setting up those screen shots in SFC1, it was pure escapism. The nuerons in my brain were excited, firing off electrons to the pleasure center of my brain from taking these pictures.
A special thanks to all of the artist that made this possible:
01. ModelsPlease, Atheorhaven, Alain Rivard and Fallen_Warrior for the Travel Pod.
02. Atrahasis for the Deacon Spacestation, Drydock, Vulcan Shuttle Surak (with sled and without),
Starfleet Shuttle Galileo 7 (with sled and without), and improved V'ger Cloud.
03. Chris Burks and John Stone for the Work Bee.
04. WickedZombie45 for the upgraded Enterprise.
The human adventure is just beginning...
