The graphics are amazing but I don't like FPS so that would be no.

No I'm not kidding.

that is correct... and i have said high end rig... 2 8800 GTs and a quad core proc and me, to spare... i could get only 3 setting on high w/o  going below 24 fps (this was the demo)
