It might have the Razor video, of course It could also mean death to all, But It's the Machine gods choice imho

What exactly does that mean "It might have the video"? Because if the possibilities are the video or a harddrive melting Ark of the Covenant death, I'll pass. I have a trusted source.

I don't really think it is worth seeing it on a big screen.  If one can, great, but if not, no big loss.  It's not something to covet.  It ain't that good.

A friend caught the screening in LA: "Liked, not loved"

I'll wait until the 24th, and buy it off Amazon if I like it. It's < $25.
That's a $25 vote for better scifi. Support these guys so the suits make more stuff like this.

I've seen it...and I loved it.  It just increased how much I liked and sympathized with Admiral Cain.  The action seens of the Pegasus going up against Cylons was great, and the "By your command" tribute was fantastic for fans of the original. Plus, getting to see the Cylon God...wow.

I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Trivia: There are 2 references for fans to wink at that I caught

1) the Cylon named "Gina" is a take-off from the phrase used by fans of the old BSG detractors of the new BSG. GINO=Galactic In Name Only
2) "Knock it off Hudson" from Aliens 2

There are a couple more things I enjoyed (besides the absolutely lovely Hudson comment):

1.  "By Your Command"  Hearing the original cylon model say that was just frack-tabulous.
2.  The old-style cylon raider crashing in the landing bay was a direct shout-back to the original series
3.  Pegasus had a turret cannon that closely resembled one that was continuously featured on the original series (another shout-back).
4.  Lee being called Daddy's boy and "He just gave you the keys to your very own Battlestar" were lines that I remember seeing on the chat boards after Lee first got the Pegasus in Season Two.
5.  The explanation of Gina's last name being Geminese for "resurrection" was nice.
6.  The coffee joke was fantabulous - I remember seeing it used on a real junior officer his first day onboard ship.  It's almost as infamous as the chow line routine.  Amazingly enough - both of them still catch new people  all the time...

I think they did an absolutely stellar job of really working with Cain's character to make you feel for her and the decisions she made. Regardless of HOW you felt, there was some kind of response. I watched with a few of my fraternity brothers and there we just as many curses as praises thrown around.

Superb job, SciFi. I hope the rest of Season 4 is equally awesome.

Side note, the BSG comic books (new ones) deal with the older model Cylons being around. Except they're still slaved to humanity. It goes something like Starbuck flies up to them, they ask something, she says "Frack Off!" and they start self-destructing, to which Adama essentially goes "Hey! Hey wait!"  Pretty comical to me anyways.
