The C10-type Warbird is certainly similar, but not quite what James Ap Wyvern was going for.

is this Klingon or Romulan ??
From the class name it could be Klingon but from the warbird like twin hull design it could be Romulan.

This is a Klingon ship that was designed to be the test bed for Klingon transwarp tech.
