Concieved as a bridge between the D-7 series and the Bird of Prey, the Deathbird has proven to be a formidable opponent whenever it has been faced.
The combination of a cloaking device and two forward firing torpedo tubes is devastating.
It has been theorized that, though smaller and lighter, a Deathbird actually outguns the larger D-7.

The combination of a cloaking device and two forward firing torpedo tubes is devastating.
The Starfire began life as a set of 20 Deathbirds traded to the Romulans as part of a technology exchange agreement.
The Deathbirds were shipped without engines or weaponry per Romulan request.
The 20 hulls were then refitted with Romulan bridges, engines, shield systems, and weapons.
The basic weapon configuration of the Deathbird was kept, but with 2 fewer disruptors.
It should prove as formidable as its Klingon counterpart.

Thanks KF, ya know...a funny thing about the Karma, before I got sick this last time my Karma was around 140, I come back  and I see it has dropped approximately 20 points???? WTF ????

OT: If you're not modelling, kitbashing, retexturing, scaling, modding, scripting and or creating new hardpoints etc..... OR doing anything to effect the number of models in SFC or the quality of the games STFU !!!!! You have no business critiquing those who do. IF negative karma is comming from those who actually fall into the above said contributing criteria...shame on you for not supporting those people that try to better our games......My question to you is .."WHY would you discourage custominazation? That to me is just absurd. LOL now watch as my Karma drops from the current 128.

I got positive karma from B***ing about raven's designs (or atleast I think I did)
It should be like BCC, when you give karma, you post a reason, and it logs in your profile, you can see who has changed your karma and who's karma you've changed in a list. That'd be an awsome mod and people would use it properly
