If the end result of the "archeological" discovery allows some improvement to OP...great, if not...Oh well, no reason to de-cloak.

But we all know Mags is the da MAN...did so much for so long...deserves some manner of enshrinement by our niche community here.

Ah yes, well, it's been a heck of a long time so I don't remember all the details... I do remember implementing both a plasma bolt and offensive Plasma-D (lots of little blue balls!).  I think they both got turned down.  The Hellbore "shot" for lack of a better term made for a perfect bolt.  Frey has my coding notes now from the EAW project and he is welcome to post them verbatim in the forum for enshrinement.
