I downloaded this twice and can not find the *.MOD file in the Nimitz folder.

I d/l the .rar document file

unzip w/winrar and 7zip I get the following Contents:

Folder: Nimitiz/Nimitz: FCL 3-7 w/FCL 3-7i files plus FCX 1-3 w/i files, Phaser, Nimitz BS and Thundercarrier Jpg.

If I may be so bold, for a quick fix, I recommend using Mackie/GAFY?'s USS Excellence Lantree variant for the saucer registry textures and the break model:

Quick fix for what  :huh:  ship looks fine to me. I added a .brk model. I'm happy with the textures, but use whatever you like for your personal use  ;)

might have been better to have used the X nacelled rather than beefed up tmp nacelles, but otherwise it's an interesting take on the miranda design.

Think you should have used the texture with the deflector in the front and not the Photon one. You should also look into making the bays different textures so the hangers can be numbered 1-4.

Registries are easy to make and everyone always seems to have their own favorites so leaving the sauser blank works just as well

The one with the deflector in the front is to ENT- ish for my taste. Besides I would have to find a place for the torps on the underpart of the saucer and that's not very aestetically pleasing to me.  :)

While I may take some time getting used to the design, that saucer cutout is very well done. Was this a scratch build job, MP, or is that saucer lurking on someone's shipyard page somewhere?
