Looks good, definately one of those Feds that breaks the whole saucer/neck/secondary hull thing.

Ok, i made a few slight changes, i can post more pics, but heres a front view....

I shortened the struts (way too long) and also widened the deflector hull a bit.

Wow man, back that up a lil bit.

I like the shorter nacelles, makes it a little more compact / streamlined.
I can't believe this is a CA, though. It feels more like a Destroyer, maybe a Light Cruiser, but im nitpicking at this point.
Cool design.

Well, shes around the size of the Intrepid, and this is the 3rd Fleet (Marine Corps) so the designations are a bit different. I am open to changing the designation as far as the size class of course, if you guys have a specific suggestion on what size she should be.

Ok, how about a nacelle shaped like this instead.....remember, this is a very plain, very basic overall shape just for comparison.

Part of the problem here is that if I reshape the nacelles to be more blocky, I have to lengthen them at the rear....I think they are too short otherwise.

What about taking 2 nacelles and fusing them together at their bottoms so they are a single, fat nacelle, and making it look like the pylong goes through at the seam, as if the nacelle slid on the pylon with a slot much like some glueless plastic models.

Try making the warp engine more part of the wing. Round it at the bussards and then sweep them backwards with the grills on the outside edge
People always said they wanted the government to listen to them and now the government is listening, taking notes and names...and coming to see you soon!

America-Not the land of the free anymore...
Its the land of the freeloaders

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it.
