searching 3d modeling teacher

Hello!
I am a 17 years old boy from Germany.
I realy often play Trek games and I liked to change them with downloads from the whole filefront websites.
Now I want to make some own ship models for Star Trek: Bridge Commander, but I don't know how to do it.
So if anyone coul help me to learn these things, I would be realy thankfull.
Also if we need for the the python programming language, I can get fast into it because I have basic knowledges of it.

Regards,
Ferengi.
