Rolled to flatfile.. if this crashes, I will spend all day tomorrow trying to hammer out what the problem is.

OK, well it seems 39 flatfile work.. that narrows down the problems at least

Have the day off, tried to join The Forge 3 times, as soon as it starts to countdown, I ctd (at the logging screen.)
I was able to join Strayys Tavern with NP. (without changing shiplist or missions)

Are we using different shiplist or something and I missed it...?

Nope, but I think I know what the problem is... appears to be physical though(dunno that for sure though.. never have seen this type of error that is not on the serverkit platform), so I am going to have to talk to Frey about it..

A backup database has been uploaded, as well we are now on a new Server.. SQL Server 6.0 on the Falcon Engine. For now, try to log on, run a few missions, I successfully logged on and played a mission without it going boom. If it hasnt crashed then that will ID the problem 100% dead on. Hope it does not crash then we can finally run stable min-campaigns again, and get The Forge reset back to normal as well!
If it does crash then I'll have to look into it more..
This is a old old backup from 2006, so dont be shocked if you log on have a different character. OCI is online for it as well. We are going back to.

Well the serverkit is still up, but the CPU is saturated at 100% again *sighs*.. I'll dig a little deeper I guess, but I can't spend all day on it since I got family coming over for thanksgiving.

but I beleive the server is down. Try hooking into any that may list within dyna.

OK, well things finally have settled down with Thanksgiving and family for me(hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving as well

) .. so now I'll dive right back into this serverkit and figure out what the problem is.. I am determined to get this error removed from this universe..

Well, I am slowly phasing the server back to a stable Forge using a reverse linear approach.. standby! These new results are encouraging

OK, I believe it is stable.. only been up about an hour, but that is longer then it has in the past, be gentle, but go ahead and try to log in. DB wipe, so you'll be creating a new character on login.

just tried to get on got on boneyard then tried Forge,
it counted down and them gave me an error "no recognizes".
system locked up also. so no joy in mudville tonight.

I lost the connection two times in a row during Planetary Assault missions around 5:30 A.M. EST this morning. The Forge is showing on the selector but it is not allowing anyone to log onto the server. The "unkown error" message comes up.
