Old fleet rehash. Yet another creative rant by the FoaS

Just a preliminary design

I am pleased with how much better it looks compared to the old stuff.

Blech.

Anyways, yeah, so This is just a prelim in order to get a feel for this particular design ethos. I doubt this will make it as a final model, but it was a good technique builder.
What's cool too is besides the fins, the entire model is solid, nothing overlaps no open holes, no intersections.

despite the popular notion - these arent starbases (though, i imagine if you really want it to you can make it one).

I would prefer someone else texture them, because I think that an outside perspective could bring a totally different depth to a model. In other words variety via collaborations are great.
That being said, is there anyone who wants to texture these bad boys?

I could give it a shot, im absolutely sh*te when it comes to texturing but i'd like to try :)

if its not a starbase, the antenna on top of it make it look like one.

Oh, its a ship.

Think along the lines of the Goa'Uld from Stargate, or the Triaxians from SFB. They are radially symmetrical and don't have a "Forward" they kind "Slide" in any direction basically.
