yes, but SBs are only like 50K and they'l likely be more useful for their 'roadblock" value.

If it's a BCH in the Shipyard, it's as BCH

CC, CCY, CCZ.
Wait, that's all the ISC CCs...

And they've been tagged such since the beginning, as the ISC needs a BCH-class ship for the shipyards / mission matching and they don't actually have a true BCH...
