Hello Chris,

Love the megamod by the way.

I have a question:

I've a server running on 534b to try and set-up the server setting before launching my modded server but it is very laggy and the ai experience a delay moving between hex.

I've a full mod server ready using the mega mod, but need to get the *.gf files working smoother.

Do you know if there is a tutorial around for the setting for the *.gf files, I know the basics eg hex moves, game speed etc.

But I am clearly missing something due to the excessive lag.

Hope you can help.

I was looking for this thread just yesterday to show Khalee the textures on that borg ship. Thansks for bumping this up worfhonour.

For your problem, I would ask on the D2 forums, as some of the resident Good guys there know more then I do about the servers, and getting things going. I'm sure Chris will be along also, so check both places. Wish I could help more then that.

Sorry been away on business.
Thanks for the tip.

A small update, I have tried the Domwars Mod and the Balance patch, still the same when running a server excessive lag, delay for ai movement in my fleet.
I have also tried a test server on 464 the same effect so i am assuming it a server setting *.gf file set-up.
