It's a daily job. You need to post ops, get your players motivated, keep them motivated. You need to be leading from multiple levels... It's a damned tough job and the one who has been the most consistent and successful at it, imo, doesnt get the credit he deserves. It's a thankless job really... Just like running servers. I'll leave him nameless, but after AOTK2 which saw me move into a temp co-lead position with Hooch as his backup when he wasnt on, I realized quickly how tough a job it is and if you arnt 100% dedicated, let someone else that has the time do it. That's why I'm not sure, I dont think I'll be there 100%. DH missed a few hours and because of Hexx and the lack of backup RM's just a few hours made the difference in several VC's that could easily had been saved. So it's crucial you be there at all times. Give players your cell phone number, all that. Don't sleep. Eat breathe and live the server for a month. Love the game and hate your enemy. Basically u just have to wire the server connection into your ass and you're ok.
