Ya, but how many times is the B10K gonna come back from the dead?

As many times as people have PP for it.

Hmmmm, I miss the days when if you wanted a BB or CVA or DN or whatever, it was cool as long as you had the PP for it.  ;D

Go figure, Diehard loved the DNH, and I hate that thing, but give me a Fed BB and I'm in hog heaven.

Soon it will be August already, and can you believe it will have been 6 years since Canada West's "Guns of August" ??? That server lasted a long time, taking a break only when Osama got a hair up his butt one September day.

You actually LIKE flying a ship with a F turnmode?   Do you commute in a winnebago?

I actually had some great fights on CW in a BB, bugs and all considered. I also remember that there were only two during the whole Guns of August campaign, myself and Capt. Jeff were lucky enough to score them, and it wasn't due to PP either, for some strange reason the BBs came up rarely for the Feds, and IIRC the Klingons never had anything beyond a B10k show up in the yards.

I think everyone has ships they like and dislike, I never did get "the feel" for a DNH, and even remember when Moggy ran me off in a Rom HBC.

Of course that was nothing compared to one server where the Rom HBC was fitted out with 2 P/Fs and everyone else that had P/Fs had 4 in their HBCs, I cannot remember the name of the campaign but the Lyrans had these uber ships. Anyways, I get stuck in a heavy neb area and Soreyes is in a light cruiser of some sort, and he runs me off in my HBC!  ;D I probably would not recognize half the ships anymore as I do keep up a lil bit and I know through the years major changes have been made to the shiplists.

How about one B10 is available and if it is lost there are no more.   3 CVAs built in totla (ever) for all CVA-flying races.   Once a side loses 3, edit them out of the shipyards.

No, I think I've come up with a system that will give the SCs some options without tuning this into  BB fest.   Details will be posted as soon as I figure out how to word it.
