ships exploding

its the 2nd time i got ship that explode when the mission start, its not self destruct but just boom, the first time its the brand new ship i buy that explode for no know reason, the 2nd time my 2 ships exploded when the mission start, but the ship exploding are not see in the recording, so i just wonder why is it happening?

accidental unstable Anti-matter overload that caused you to blow up... Happens rarely... ALT+F4 if that happens.

I think I've had this happen when I went in and messed with the shiplist a lot. If it's bad code, it's probably possible for someone to rewrite part of it, but I don't know.
