Excel keyboard short cut

I frequently use alt-Tab to switch between applications, but I was wondering if there was similar keyboard shortcut to switch between tabs in an excel speadsheet.  Anyone know of such a thing?

ctrl-pgdn and ctrl-pgup will cycle worksheets either forward or backward.
