I made the "feature movie edit" version of Borg War available as a single free download. 

The file is full resolution with the Windows Media codec (.wmv file) and is only 360Mb, as opposed to the 900Mb required for the "episodic" version. 

I also put up a lower resolution version (smaller file) and a .mp4 version for Apple users.

These are pretty much what's on the DVD but with some loss of quality due to data compression, a watermark, and no Dolby 5.1 sound.

I'd just like to say that my sons and I really enjoyed this movie.  My youngest son enjoyed it so much that his upcoming birthday party theme is "the Borg."  We'll even have a borg sphere as the pinata!
