Looks like I'm flying destroyers again, which means I'm not flying Romulan with their one "good" DD-sized ship still being crap.

Note that BCH and smaller are all unrestricted.

Treat these as finalized. If there are any changes made... I'll notate them from here on out. Rules will constantly be tweaked right up to the start and then mid server rule changes as usual. You know the drill.

Stocking up on stones and raod maps to Dizzy's place for the inevitable Midserver Admin stoning, You can buy now at a discount because the price goes up as soon as a midserver rules change is announced.

I'm saving the boulders over 1 ton for myself to throw.   ;D
