The special episode for the 3rd season is called "The Runaway Bride", and picks up immediately after Doomsday ends.

Stargate SG-1 will begin it's final half-season in Summer 2007.  Two movies will be following, "The Ark of Truth", and "Continuum".

Hope that helps.

Stargate Atlantis will continue it's run in the '07 summer season, and will continue to air.

Amanda Tapping will join Atlantis for 14 episodes while Weir will drop down to a recurring character for the season.

There is also a third series in the works that will start getting worked on after the SG-1 movies are done.
Only in America .....do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.

By the way, Don Karnage, the Runaway Bride Christmas special of Doctor Who rocked this year.  I would highly recommend *cough* acquiring *cough* the episode.  Plus 1 to you for asking about the best show in the universe.

There is also a third series in the works that will start getting worked on after the SG-1 movies are done.

What I would like to see is the project go public and the ships of the Star Force become the center of the new series.  If I had my way the gates around the galaxy would have the DHDs destroyed by a virus causing them to overload and destroy themselves (all but the SGC homebuild DHD of course) then the ships would be absolutely needed and SGC would be shut down.

Now who could launch such an attack and who has the motive?  Add that it should be an enemy that could be a challenge but not be overwhelming like Anubis or the Ori and I would use the Aschen.  Rather annoyed at losing their home planet to a black hole but they have finally cracked the gate system and seek to cripple everyone else by destroying all but their home build gates.

When the SGC used the Earth gate to advise Daniel when a ship would be by to pick him up have the Goa'uld attack him.  They video seen by Earth would show Daniel with his eyes glowing using a Goa'uld hand device fighting off an attack.  Later he would try to tell him he was not "exactly" a Goa'uld and could help them design, build and ship out new DHDs immune to the virus attack.  Naturally they would seek to capture him and things could get complex.  Daniel fighting to survive Goa'uld and SGC attacks while the Achen are causing trouble.

Of course this is just what I would do not anything official.

Don Karnage, the new Doctor Who 2007 season is due to start in April.  I'm glad you enjoyed the Christmas special.  It was so much better than last year's.  It really demonstrates that "No second chances" sort of Doctor we were promised last year.

i know that torchwood was destroyed but i was wondering if anyone from the torchwood survived or not,  and those who did not cross the gate betwen both world have not the space residue, so how come all cyberman where swallow by the gate opend, so if all cyberman where swallow where the cyberwomen from torchwood came from?

I don't watch torchwood, but from what I gathered she was one of the emergency cyber-upgrades to the human race.  She wasn't sucked into the void.  If you want my Doctor Who viewing advice, I'd get Parting of the Ways (the Eccleston regeneration episode) and the Satan Pit/Impossible Planet two parter from Tennant.  Those are some of the best ones out there.

Anyone catch the Sara Jane adventures?  Thoughts?  I have to say, Dr. Who just keeps getting better and better.  It's just fun, and Tennant is amazing.  I never thought they'd top Eccleston, but man this guy is just awesome.  Can't wait to see what this season has in store.  There also seems to be a price drop on the Dr. Who dvd's, as I saw season one available at best buy for 69 bucks and season two for 79, that compared to the 100+ price it previously went for.  I mean c'mon.  It's good, but is it that good?  I must admit it's tempting to pick up, but there are so many other things to get that are cheaper.  I guess they are figuring you are getting two series, since they include all the confidentials, don't they?  That's pretty weak if you ask me, if that's the reason for the price being so high.  Still, I think some american series have been that high.  I know I saw Brisco County Jr. for around 100.  What's that about?  I'm a big fan of Bruce, but for that price I'll keep watching my old dubs unless they have some absolutely amazing features added.  Which also makes me think of the Buckaroo Bonzai dvd.  Man, that baby was packed solid and had easter eggs up the yin-yang, and it was cheap.  Hmmmm, how'd that happen.  have I drifted around enough for everyone yet?  Time for bed. ;)

From what I've heard, the quality of the packaging for the Season 1 box kind of bites it.  The quality of the packaging of Season 2 I'm not sure about.  The Sarah Jane Adventures....I'm a huge SJS fan, but there is the danger of "overexposing" Who too much with 2 spin off series plus the series itself.
