"Could not connect to Dynaverse server database, please try again later" from OCI and firewall message trying to log on. I sent a PM to Frey, but that generated an error message as well.  :'(

Yeah, tried to send him one myself, got this error message:
An Error Has Occurred!
fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to frigga.xenocorp.net:25 (A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. ) 

I'll send him an email via msn to see if that works any better.

pretty sure thats the same server 9th fleet is hosted on :P and thats down, 404'd :P

The OCI webpage is back up, but the stardate is frozen.  The firewall message continues to be present.

It appears so...TS is still up.
Frey hosts VT as well, probably related to the the other problems... ;)

I got on for a little bit yesterday. Took fo ever to move, and when ever I took a mission the game would close and give me a defeat. Tried to get back on today....... NoJoy :(

Well I don't see any record of you actually running a mission on the Forge OCI's recent battles list, or anyone else since yesterday and I just tried to get on and it still gives the same message about directory servers and firewall detection.  :(

Okay should be fixed for now.

Bear with us, it's going to get a wee more bumpy before we smooth out for a good bit.

We're doing a IP scope change this weekend, starting on Sunday night - connection could and probably will be spotty until DNS propagates properly.

I'll post the relevent IP's before we actually do the swing so you'll know what the new TS IP is.

Sorry for this, in all actuality this was due to another massive ISP Fuxxors, but it's done now, and we'll be better off for it.
