And Andy knows it all too well. The cost for the house floor tiles and equip? 900 bucks and my ex's mom's b/f and my labor.

Retail value? Survey says.... Over 3k!  >:( Home Depot would have loved to rape us.

It looks great Andy, but as I said, I prefer toying with cars and stuff.  ;)

Looks really good!  I know for experience that it can be a really nasty job if you have a bad back and knees that pop and/or creak.  I love construction but my body hates it.  :'(
