its the ancestor of the DVD, there also episode of tos and some recent movies of startrek, i didMt know thereseem to still make some old laserdisc?, since it was in the 80's the stop selling it on the market.

I know I'm getting a copy for Christmas!  ;D

Personally I can't wait to watch "Yesteryear" again--IMO one of the finest episodes written for any Trek series.

I got it for Christmas and watched them through...pretty good...I enjoyed it.  I would suggest it for any TOS fan, it's the same writers even as the original series, with the same actors voicing their roles!
