You're a quick study, MP. This looks great so far. I like what you did with the torpedo launchers, as well as the slightly curved nacelle pylons. I can't wait for the finished product.

When you looked at the schematics, did you get the feeling that the Ingram has some very pre-Excelsior traits? It basically looks like an Excelsior, but it has some other qualities as well.

What I do see is a transwarp carrier, too many damn shuttlebays LOL.

LOL, exactly! ;D According to the class history, the Ingram fills a combat role between the Ariel Shuttle carrier, and the Guam and Oriskany Through-Deck Cruisers. Hence the massive shuttle and fighter capacity. I think that's what I like about the ship; it fills more than one role.

I really like the idea of putting those phasers on the pylons like that. I haven't seen that before, but it makes alot of sense and looks good!

In the words of the late Peter Boyle: "Holy Crap!"  :o  :o

MP, this is looking very impressive. No one will confuse this awsome ship with an Excelsior.

Hey MP.  I got your saucer registries done, but I want you to take a look at them, so next time you're on MSN, look for me and ask me right away.

Tuesday??  They were supposed to be installed last Thursday!!!!  God damn interns!!!!  I tell ya, things around the 9th fleet docks haven't been the same since Gladis  took her maternity leave.  Hey MP, guess you shouldn't have outsourced some of the construction with me just right now.  Oh well.  *grabs a shotgun*  Give me 5 minutes and you should have your remaining systems installed today.  *grabs a picture of Janet Reno in a thong just in case the shotgun doesn't work*

The one thing I noticed about the Ingram is the saucer has Constitution style textures and phasers positions on it (going by the blueprints). GAFY? already did sets of alt engine textures for his Excelsior so should I release an Ingram with what I will call NX  textures (blueprints) years 2275-85, and an Ingram with Excel textures NCC TMP 2290. And a TNG refit 2371(with GAFY alt engines textures) as well ?

I think that's a great idea. Even though the Ingram had a slightly different developement history than the Excelsior, there had to be a few simularities. Also, with the losses caused by the Borg and Dominion, it makes sense to have a TNG version, as Starfleet would have been pulling all available ships out of mothballs.

Ok here's the finished NX version, she'll be moved into the 9th's shipyards shortly so Centurus and his crew can finish it off.

All three versions are exceptional, MP. My favorite will probably be the NX version. The nav deflector on the TNG one is really cool.
