Is Anyone Familiar With This Star Trek Game?
« on: December 05, 2006, 02:54:04 pm »
I stumbled across a video of gameplay for a Star Trek PC game called Encounters.  Have any of you guys played this game?  Would it be worth getting?  It looks like it might have some fun "shoot 'em up" possiblities.

Typical ST game.

One always flies in circles.

The Star Spangled Banner bring hither,
O're Columbia's true sons let it wave.
May the wreaths they have won never wither,
Nor it's stars cease to shine on the brave.

This is a Playstation 2 Game - I have it - good for what it is.

Encounters - PS2
Tactical Assault - PSP and Nintendo DS
Legacy - PC and XBox 360
..Because the game does not have to, and will not, remain the same..

IS there even one that's stable? I've ran plenty of emulators for the PSone, but Have had no luck with the PS2 emulator.

Last I heard one or two were getting fairly stable if you had a really powerful CPU.
