Firstly - is moonraker cool with people kitbashing his work?
Secondly - if all is good can someone please convert his Constellation to 3ds for me? I wish to do some things with it for my own use but only have milkshape so can't import anything with a decent poly count!

Sure you can I use Milkshape and I import BC ships for conversion to SFC. Milkshape can handle Moonrakers models

Moon has always been very liberal about other people using his work. All you have to do is make sure to credit him, and your good. When you have been in the communiity as long as Moonraker, you tend to be very open about this sort of thing.

Here it is converted to both 3ds and ms3d. I hope it's the right model. There's quite a few of them on battleclinic and, as has been noted, crediting is a bit sketchy at times. This one wouldn't open in .mod format in milkshape though (I think that possibly it has too many textures or materials for the I/O plugin. Works fine in MS as they are here though in either format.

P.S. this is just the model files. No textures. I assume that you'll have those already.

Aw thanks kindly Rod ONeal! Thats exactly what I needed! Also thanks for the info guys, clears up that grey area for me lol. Btw MP how do you get Milkshape to load them?!    lol I always find anything uber detailed or has a large number of textures (as you've said Rob) doesn't work!
